Why are North Africans and Middle Easterners clified as White in the USA census?

In my opinion the only people that are White are the original peoples of Europe(Spain,Portugal,France,Italy,Brita… etc...)and those of European ancestry throughout the world who are not racially mixed.North Africans and Middle Easterners are Black not White,simply because many of them pocess White blood,due to race mixing with Europeans,does not make them White,Much the same way that many if not most African-Americans pocess some White in them,yet they are still racially clified as Black,regardless of their physical appearance or how light their skin is.Race clification should be fair to all,North Africans and Middle Easterners should be clified as Black,if the one drop rule applies to African-Americans,it should also apply to the North Africans and the Middle Easterners.
