Do I need braces????

my molar goes in towards my tongue and people oh yahoo answers say it will start to cause a lisp. my other teeth are straight but this tooth isnt, what do i do? this is your opionion so plz dont tell me to ask my dentist. it wont grow out straight again, it will only get worse. It sometimes hurt to chew my food and gets stuck between the tooth and other teeth.
