If 30 days p can I dispute this debt. Is this pay to delete letter considered a debt validation letter?

I have been struggling with my weight and eating issues since about September. I am 5'4" and currently weigh around 78 pounds. I am eating 1,000-1,100 calories a day, at the most. I know that's not a lot, but it's double or even a little more than double what I used to eat. I have always been skinny my whole life, but at this height, I used to always weigh around 95-98 pounds. I think I was 100 at my most at this height. Anyway, I am trying to recover, and I am going to see a nutritionist for the first time this upcoming week. A few people who have recovered from anorexia have told me that you need to eat a minimum of 2,000-2,500 calories a day to restore your metabolism. If anyone has done this, can you tell me if that is true and how it went for you? I can't imagine eating that much and not gaining a ton of weight, but girls have told me that they need that, sometimes more, to even maintain weight. Why is that the case when other people who are recovering say they gain like crazy on very little? I am so confused and scared. I don't want to gain a ton of weight. 10 pounds would be more than enough for me. Thank you for listening and hopefully for the advice.

Natural cure for a cat infection?

My mother in laws cat has an infection on her rear genital area. it is pink, appears to be missing hair and looks a bit swollen. her rear area looks very wet but im not sure if it is from leakage or just from her licking all the time to clean it. There is also an odor. The mother in law is from El Salvador so she believes in natural remedies and doesn't have enough for a vet anyway. We would help out but we are also broke. Question about clomid first time?

Hi I'm new to most of this I do have one daughter is who is 5 I had her when I was 22 I don't remember it being difficult to become pregnant then, then again I wasn't trying to concieve. My doctor gave me a rx for clomid I chose the generic form clomiphene citrate its 50 mg, I have actually had it filled for about 3 months yet and havent takin it. I want to start taking it my next cylcle which should be around the 25-27 of this month. For the last couple days I have been taking a multivitamin (centrum), folic acid 800mcg, fish oil omega 3 1000 mg, b-12 500 mcg. My husband has been taking the mulit-vit, folic acid, fish oil, and B12 as well. All of the things were mentioned above on the internet to prepare my body. My doctor recommended to start the clomid on days 5-9 funny thing is he is a new OB of mine and does not speak to well of english or I just can't understand him well. He didn't run any test I told him we wanted to have another child and he pulled out the rx pad. I didn't even know what clomid was until I came home and googled it that evening and I was a bit floored that he prescribed it to me without knowing much history. Anyways we have been having unprotected for the past 8 months with no results so maybe we do need it. Basically I'm on here for two reason first one for support from people doing the same as I, and adivice on clomid and its results. so I have a few questions that I would like to ask. First one is what days have better results? I've seen several and don't know why my doc said 5-9 without knowing much history or even my cylcle length. Is there anything else we can do to increase the result of clomid like robitussin, baby asprin, lubricants, ual postions and any other things ya'll might know. All these vitamins we are taking is that really linked to concieving or is it pointless. Do the colleges in Chicago have waiting lists for nursing school? In Michigan where I live all of the colleges (community mostly) have outrageous waiting lists, or are extremely competetive. Why does my hubby think work & his likings are more important than his family?

Ive smoked weed all last summer and this year. I would smoke alot at night time. But one night, idk why but I didnt even smoke as much as usual(I probably just got good hits). I got so high that I was completely out of it. I literally, could not stop laughing, and I couldnt control it at all. My eyes were bloodshot red like a stop sign, and I kept seeing wierd ****. I went to sit on my computer, and I decided to close my eyes and let my head lay back on my chair. It sounds like you have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). It can take many forms, not just the constant washing of the hands. You can have obsessions without compulsions. After I had my son I had CONSTANT obsessive thoughts about something happening to him. They are called intrusive thoughts. You imagine the worst possible thing that could happen and your mind fixates on it. The more you try not to think about it, the stronger the thoughts become. I would highly recommend seeing a psychiatrist that specializes in cognitive behavior therapy. They will be able to help you learn ways of dealing with your intrusive thoughts. Self help books can sometimes be a really good thing, too. It helped me just reading a few of them, just having a name for the disorder, knowing I wasn't insane or alone, and learning a few ways to deal with it. "The Imp of the Mind" by Lee Baer is a wonderful book. Also, check out the sites below for more information on the subject. The first is a great site that can direct you to resources in your area. There is a growing movement in Vermont called the Second Vermont Republic. How to balance big shoulders? (Female)?

I want to tone up my arms but my shoulder muscles inevitably get huuuge whenever I do. I read an article about balancing your muscles to get a sleeker look (For example, if the biceps are very large, work the triceps and sides of the arms). I applied to Target about three weeks ago and I'm now a full-time sales floor ociate (hardlines). My training was about two weeks, but I know that Target is a great company to work for. I know where you're coming from about the student loans, I graduated from technical school with only a month to find a job and pay the loan amount, so don't freak. Just apply online (I believe it's in-store only) and give your best impression through the applications and in person. I know for a fact that the Target est Protection is pretty lame, but whatever floats your boat. At times I feel the urge to slap the **** out of our own store security guard because they are so lazy and think they have so much authority. Lol. did you know marijuana is already decriminalized in 11 states which means you can be caught in possession of less than an ounce and you will only be fined around 100$. New runner and doing XC? Tips?

Endurance is key! Just try to go slow (even if it means running a 15+ minute mile) and keep going. If you have to stop then so be it. Eventually you will be running with the pack, and don't feel discouraged if they get really far in front of you because it happens, and there will always be someone struggling as well (find a friend at your pace!). Yes XC will help you lose weight if you don't eat junk food/too many calories the rest of the day. Most of the time sprinters have bulky legs/more muscles, whereas long distance runners are lean. I went from 141-129 since X-mas, and running is a huge part of it. =) Just keep at it, and don't give up hope! =)

Agree is some good & some not so good..where I am from there was lot of settled travellers & they were so nice & lived a life like anyone else...my brother had a pub in London & few of them also moved over there & when he had problems at the pub they were the first to help him out. Where I am living now there are a lot who are very different as drink a lot & think many have no chance for education as have to marry young & some can be very hostile but I never had a problem as I treat them the same as I would anyone else..think some can come across as hostile as they expect people to be rude to them but I found if you do talk to them they are generally ok...is one woman I often meet & she is lovely & we always have a chat..think some of the younger ones can come across aggressive & scary & some of the kids allowed to run wild...is sad really as must be awful the way some people do treat them as outcasts so that in itself would have an effect on their behaviour...but I Think it is just that some have a problem interacting & social skills as they have to mix within their own community & marry also..I do agree they are loyal as the family we knew that helped my brother if had a problem they would be there to watch your back...is a girl who is renting a house around the corner & she is great we often chat when kids are out & her daughter is a fantastic kid...but still wouldn't want to live beside a family either, so sorry if that sounds so bad.. :)

I have liked this guy for over a year we are still friends and everything. Back then when I use to seem him at his work I would always have to be the one to say Hi first. Computer problem?

You will not lose any information by resetting BIOS. One thing you might have to replace is the small battery that keeps your BIOS memory. This is a small silver disk on your motherboard and should have a model number starting with CR. To reset your BIOS you should have a jumper on your motherboard that has a label something like BIOS or CMOS. Move the jumper over, power on your computer, after a few seconds, power it off. Place the jumper back to original position, then power computer up again. Or, just remove the battery for a minute. Good luck!

Dog got neutered, so how does one ease the pain?

My poodle puppy/small dog got neutered this morning. He is not allowed to have food or water for about 2 more hours. I do not think it is the right of the school to punish either the girl or boy. It is not illegal to get pregnant and therefore you can not punish some one for that. As a high school teacher, I see first hand how pregnancy effects students education but kicking them out of school is worse. How can we expect to solve the problem by kicking these kids out of school? I am not condoning students to get pregnant, it is a huge mistake especially in our society now (it hurts our economy, society, etc.) but it is NOT illegal and kicking them out of school, making it even harder for them to succeed in their predicament is definately the wrong way to go.

Where is Intel Video Card Control Manager?

I got my new computer for Christmas, but there is one problem. The video card. It sucks, and I won't be getting a new one soon. It's an Intel G33/G31 card w/ 256 MB of memory. I want to optimize it, but I can find the "control manager". On my old laptop (which had an ATI card), you can just right click the desktop and select the "ATI Catalyst Control Manager". Where is something like that for Intel cards? I loved it because you could adjust things like Anti-Aliasing and 3d models and whatnot. But there is no program that was installed by default for Intel cards and I can't seem to find anything online or on their website. Any help??

Sometimes I have very mild anxiety over going to sleep because I don't particularly like the dreams I have. The conditions in my life aren't bad, and I am not at all depressed...just get the blues every once in a while like everyone else. Anyway, tonight I had a death dream. I was walking across a bridge over murky water. The bridge had no sides and was very high up. I saw someone on the other side walk on the bridge but they turned around and went back the way they came. There were a few pedestrians on the other side. Well, I got to a certain point and the bridge stopped abruptly and I fell. I heard someone in my head say that if you fall it is certain death and I accepted my fate as I was falling and said to myself "I am going to die" and then of course woke up. I felt all the physical sensations of falling and my fear quickly subsided into acceptance. I don't remember having very many of this type of dream and when I did I'm fairly sure it was during a stage in my life when I WAS depressed. What gives? WELLBUTRIN... I have organic brain damage from CO poisoning from recently have been prescribed 300mg... HELP!!

This is the WORST time of year for me. 2 decades ago this week, I was discovered exposed to 5 x lethal dosage of Carbon Monoxide (CO) while I was alone. I lost 30 pounds in 2 weeks, because nothing I ate tasted right, my senses went topsy-turvy...cold/hot, my mind gradually berserk, amazingly, those last two weeks, not eating or sleeping kept me ALIVE. I'm a medical MIRACLE. Over a period of 3 months from May thru July I was exposed intermittently. I gradually slipped from reality. Afterwards, I had a 2nd adolescence, I changed drastically, evolved into a completely different person with dyslexia, headaches daily. I even became biual ever since after being straight. Recently, my therapist prescribed me 300mg WELLBUTRIN for mild depression and to help me focus. I now feel almost like I did during that exposure, overreacting, anxious,etc. Could my brain damage be stimulated with this medication, causing a psychotic reaction? You need to simple reach out a little bit farther with the leg that you are stepping with. To help do this you should pick your knees up higher and drive your arms more. You can keep your current stride and increase your pace to accomplish covering more ground in a set period of time. Keep in mind that your legs will only move as fast as your arms are.
