Is my best male friend making a move on me or someone else?! Help?!?

I say forget about you two having a relationship. He sounds like he's playing around. If he was serious about you, he wouldn't be messing around with other women, especially since you've known each other for a year. Once a person shows you who they are the first time, believe it. I try and stick by this statement. He's already shown you what type of person he is. He sounds like a player and players usually don't ever change.
