What does this mean. Please help ME!?

I'm not sure what you need, "a" in no way explains the poem; however, "b" explains it as far as wherever he looks there are beautiful things to see because he sees the beauty and not the grey, drab streets. (It sounds like these 2 people are in love 6 & b) and as she looks out her window everthing she sees, hears, and smells are bringing wonderful pictures into her mind; the birds, the tree buds, the rain, and the clouds. She's in love and there is beauty and music and sweet smells all around her and she is very conscience and alert to each and every one of them.
