What is actually involved in mortgage repossession?

well,basically,the lender re posse's the house,and gives it over to the agent for resale,and then goes about trying to get something back from the mortgagee,but he will most likely be cled as bankrupt,some people know they are in trouble,but don't seem to take any action before it gets worse,as if its going to go away.
