2 companies with similar names but in different industries?

Hello. If two companies have similar sounding names but are in different industries, could there be trademark infringement? For example, company named Happy Feeling is a clothing store and Happy Feelings is a food manufacturer. One is registered and the other is about to be registered. Thank you.
