Goku or Superman?

Goku can easily defeat Superman with just a Super Kamehameha. Even if Superman manages to deal some damage, Goku can turn into a Super Saiyan (or higher) and his strength is doubled. Superman may be strong, but Goku can wipe out entire planets with his power. Also like you said, Goku can teleport and throw Kryptonite at him or combine it with his Kamehameha Wave.
