Soundgarden song...?

I'm uming Soundgarden because I know it's Chris Cornell singing, and it doesn't completely suck. I don't know any of the words, but he goes kind of insane with the vocals (kind of high pitched/angry sounding) while the guitar/b does a somewhat backward scale riff (its kind of hard to describe). Does anybody know?
