Can someone actually get away with filing a restraining order for stalking if I replied to their Myspace blog?

This is why I stay away from looking up ex girlfriends on Myspace. I seriously doubt that you just ran into her account without looking her up. That and YOU clicked to read her blog, YOU clicked to reply to it. Notice that these are all actions YOU did. So yea, while you dont see a problem with it, obviously SHE does. So abide by the restraining order, and leave everything that she does online alone. "But, its a public blog" Yea, and if you followed her from McDonalds to Fashion bug to Wal Mart to the grocery store, it can still be considered stalking, even though its all in public.
