Can you tell me what to do with this picture?? I feel so stupid XD PLEEZ HELP XD?

ok this site that i went on is telling me that if you wanna put an avatar on your profile that you have to give a link to the picture. The picture that i wanna use is in my MY PICS folder.. and i like have not frickin idea how to get them the link to my picture.. itz probly so obvious but if you could help me with this id be Mega Happy :P Thanx
