Dell Datasafe Local Backup virus?

Alrighty so I don't know what's going on. This program keeps popping up like every 2 minutes and I tried deleting it but I can't even find the program file. I am uming its a virus. How do I get it off my laptop? Step by step instructions would really help(: keep in mind I am 14 so use vocabulary I shall understand, please and thank you :D
