EXACTLY where in the world is the Shuttle when it hits the Earth's atmosphere?

Here we go with the ozone again ... It's not a problem anymore and with one or two shuttle launches a year, who cares. Are they still using old books in school and ranting about the ozone layer? It's growing again.
