Should the USA eliminate ALL it's socialist programs so we can be socialist free?

No, I say we just let you guys get what you asked for. If that's the only way you will find out what total socialism is--so be it. Warning though...you aren't going to be happy. Education is a wonderful thing...especially when posing an argument.
