What was the last date that material which was bought for use in WMD was removed from Iraq?

Was there ever any WMD material in Iraq to begin with? I swear, the minions of the US government never will quit trying to rewrite history to make the invasion of Iraq seem justified. Even if Iraq had nuclear weapons, which it did not, the US attack would not have been justified for that reason. Israel had nuclear weapons first, and so Israel should be attacked first, if the possession of nukes is the reason for the attack.
