Why did those terrorist radical settlers attack the innocent Palestenian houses in Kahlil?

They do it because they are creatures dominated by racial hatred and because the can do these things and get away with it,again and again. The "government" - I ume you mean the Occupation authorities - do not interfere because these actions meet with their approval,even as officials deny involvement and for public consumption denounce settler actions.
