Girls i need advice on talking to my ex after 2 years. Please read!?? getting bad advice from guys.?

I think the way you contact her just depends on your personality if you think you'd say things better through an email or text (text is more personal) then do that or if your good with speaking then maybe phone. I would just say ask her if she could go with you somewhere on a free night of hers and maybe just go to a park or lake and talk. Tell her how you've changed and how you feel and what you wish you would've done and see how she reacts. She could be wanting the same as you. But definately talk in person it has so much more of an effect! Good luck :) there should be more guys like you in the world that actually care. And btw you DO have a life lol. Idiots.
