Justin Forsett or Cadillac Williams?

I had Mike Bell as a handcuff to LeSean McCoy. Since he just got traded I see no need to keep him but all that's out there is Justin Forsett and Cadillac Williams? Which is the better choice of these two cellar-dwellars?
