Should I answer her email?? She's a back stabber..?

Well I met this girl and in H.S and we were pretty cool but it seemed like she was always competing with me and trying to put me down.We would have a disagreement and she would run and tell her cousins/friends and have a whole conversation on facebook as if I was blind and too stupid to understand her games.Well after a year of ignoring me she just contacted me to apologize.I have a baby now so I have to choose the ppl I ociate with wisely.I think she's just being nosey since I have a baby and all.Should I respond? Do you think she's bluffing and hasnt changed??What do I say?
